These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of products from The Perfume Lab Experience, operated by PACS Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the site, browsing, or purchasing any products, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to place an order on this site.

3) Products & Services

We sell fragrance decants, perfume oils, body oils, and related fragrance products and accessories. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse service where permitted by law.

4) Accuracy of Information

We strive for accurate product information, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all site content is complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors (including pricing and availability) and to cancel or adjust orders as permitted by law.

5) Inspired-By / Similar-To Disclosures (If Applicable)

Certain items may be described as inspired-by or similar-to other scent profiles (sometimes referred to as “dupes”). When applicable, this will be stated in the product description and/or labeling. Any references to other brands are for descriptive purposes only. PACS Consulting LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand referenced.

6) Orders, Payment, and Cancellations

All orders are subject to acceptance and verification. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, resale abuse, or violations of these Terms.

7) Nationwide Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide within the United States (and to U.S. territories only if explicitly offered at checkout). Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

Risk of Loss: To the extent permitted by law, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us at [your business email] within [48–72 hours] of delivery so we can review and help resolve the issue.

8) Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of fragrance decants and personal fragrance products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. We may offer replacements or store credit for issues such as transit leakage or incorrect items based on our posted policy and evidence provided (e.g., photos of packaging and product upon arrival).

9) Use & Safety Disclaimer

Fragrance products may cause irritation or allergic reactions. You are responsible for safe use, including patch testing where appropriate. Keep products away from eyes, heat/flames, and out of reach of children and pets. We are not responsible for adverse reactions or misuse.

10) Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, product descriptions, logos, designs, graphics, photos, and branding—is owned by or licensed to PACS Consulting LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

11) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access

  • Interfere with site security or performance

  • Scrape or republish content without permission

  • Submit false information

  • Use the site for unlawful or abusive purposes

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PACS Consulting LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) at issue.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PACS Consulting LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
