Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through The Perfume Lab, operated by PACS Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).
1) Where We Ship
We ship nationwide within the United States.
2) Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may be longer during promotions, launches, or holidays.
3) Shipping Time & Carrier
Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.
4) Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.
5) Tracking
Tracking (when available) will be provided once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to populate after label creation.
6) Heat/Weather Notice (Fragrance Products)
Fragrances and oils can be sensitive to temperature. We are not responsible for issues caused by extreme heat or cold during transit (e.g., temporary changes in scent strength or appearance). When possible, ship to a secure indoor location.
7) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Delays: Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.
Marked delivered but not received: Please check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier.
Lost in transit: If tracking indicates a package is lost, email us at [your business email] so we can assist with next steps.
8) Risk of Loss
To the extent permitted by law, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
