Return & Issue Policy

This Return & Issue Policy applies to purchases made through The Perfume Lab, operated by PACS Consulting LLC.

1) All Sales Final

Due to the nature of decants, fragrance oils, and personal fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened/used items

  • Scent preference (not liking a fragrance)

  • Normal variation in wear/longevity (varies by skin chemistry)

  • Change-of-mind purchases

2) Issues We Will Review

We will review and resolve verified issues such as:

  • Item arrived leaking

  • Item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item or wrong size

3) Reporting Window

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at frag4n6@gmail.com.

4) What to Include

Please include:

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item/label and outer packaging (and leakage/damage if applicable)

5) Resolution Options

After review, we may offer (as appropriate):

  • Replacement of the affected item

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund for the affected item only

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6) Decant Leakage Note

While we use careful and hygienic decanting practices, minor leakage can occasionally occur due to temperature/pressure changes during transit. Significant leakage will be reviewed under this policy.
